We do a comprehensive deep dive into the policies, practices and procedures of your organization. Typically, this deep dive entails a mixed methods data collection approach, combining creation and dissemination of a quantitative survey with the facilitation of one-on-one interviews and/or focus groups. For some clients the deep dive also entails a comprehensive review of their HR processes; employee handbooks; promotion practices; team-building routines and other practices that impact the overall culture of the organization. Ultimately, this deep dive seeks to unveil the institutional level practices that have become embedded in the organization and are detracting from the team achieving their newly penned or pre-existing diversity, equity and inclusion goals.

The client is provided an analysis of their current status as well as a set of detailed recommendations, goals and metrics to support their continued progress.
