We know you have the energy, passion and motivation to launch that nonprofit you've been dreaming of-- the community wants and needs it. But we also know it can be difficult and overwhelming to get the idea off of the ground, especially as a team of one or a small team. We work with clients to walk them through the strategic planning process utilizing the Vision Traction Organizer (VTO) framework; provide guidance on application for the 501c3; map out potential funding opportunities; and identify needed staffing and board structures.
