We have decades of experience designing and launching innovative programs and fellowships across the country such as Community Launch and Board Leaders of Color Collaborative (BLOCC). We work with clients to fully understand their goals, mission and overall internal capacity as well as local context of the communities served in order to craft innovative pilot programs from the ground up or to refine existing programs.

For some clients this service works best with a landscape and/or needs analysis that allows us to fully gauge the potential demand for and impact of the proposed program. As with all of our work, we design these programs to ensure that they are as equitable and inclusive as possible.
