We have also worked with clients to develop a customized set of ongoing staff development sessions, providing a scope and sequence of learning that is designed to increase the team's cultural competence and accelerate the creation of equitable and inclusive work environments. We are also able to design and facilitate "train the trainer" models that allow internal ownership of the professional learning of the team.
