ABOUT
The Bugg Consulting Group, LLC supports nonprofit and for-profit clients across the country as they endeavor to become more diverse, equitable and inclusive places of work and impact. Although some clients may not have diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) as their primary focus for our work together, The Bugg Consulting Group relies on DEI as the foundation of our theory of action: diverse teams will thrive in environments with equitable, anti-racist practices that ensure individuals feel respected and included. These teams will be more productive and demonstrate an increased impact on the communities and stakeholders they serve.
